These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of products from Xastike (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a hot sauce producer based in Finland. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the accepted payment methods on our website.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship our products from Finland using reliable carriers. Each shipment includes insurance coverage for loss or damage during transit. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. We never ship expired products.

Refund and Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our hot sauces. If your products arrive broken, damaged, or otherwise spoiled, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

To make a claim:

• Inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt.
• If you suspect damage, inform the courier right away before accepting the delivery.
• Document the damage thoroughly with clear photographs.
• Notify both the courier and us (Xastike) as soon as possible, providing the order number, photos, and details of the issue.

Claims must be submitted promptly. Once we verify the claim with the courier and insurance, we will arrange a refund or replacement at our discretion. This policy does not apply to products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling by the customer.

Product Information

We make every effort to display our products and ingredients accurately. However, slight variations in appearance or packaging may occur. Allergen information is provided on our labels. Please check ingredients carefully before consumption if you have allergies.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Xastike and may not be used without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Finnish courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The revised version will be posted on our website with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
